Long before establishing Dunkle Law PLLC, Brad dedicated himself to helping others, especially in West Virginia. A native of Ceredo, Brad attended Spring Valley High School before attending Marshall University.

After graduating from Marshall University, Brad taught social studies at Lincoln County High School. Knowing education doesn't stop in the classroom, Brad helped students get the most out of high school by coaching soccer, track and field, and debate, as well as volunteering to take students on study abroad trips.

Brad decided to attend law school at the University of Cincinnati. As a law student, Brad displayed the hard work that you can expect on your case. During law school, Brad was elected to the Student Legal Education Committee, selected for Law Review, served as an Editor for the Human Rights Quarterly, elected Vice Justice of the Chase Chapter of Phi Alpha Delta, and competed in the regional finals of the American Bar Association Negotiation Competition.

After law school, Brad returned to West Virginia to work as a defense attorney in Huntington representing healthcare providers and business owners in civil actions. Through this experience, Brad learned the tactics used by defense attorneys in personal injury cases, especially medical malpractice cases. In 2018, Brad left the firm to serve as Judge Joseph Reeder’s Law Clerk in Putnam County, West Virginia. After a couple of years learning the ins and outs of the courthouse, Brad joined a Charleston, West Virginia firm to represent individuals wrongfully injured and facing criminal prosecution.

In 2021, Brad returned to Huntington and established Dunkle Law PLLC.

Currently, Brad resides in Barboursville with his wife and daughter. Brad represents those wrongfully injured in personal injury actions including medical malpractice, automobile accidents, wrongful termination actions, and individuals whose rights are violated. Additionally, Brad represents individuals facing criminal prosecution throughout West Virginia and Ohio.

Brad is currently admitted to practice before all West Virginia and Ohio state courts and before the United States District Court for the Southern District Court of West Virginia.
